“Kirsch entsteiner”, cherry de-stoner, all the way from Cologne Germany. The customer inherited the machine from his grandfather in Germany who had his own Bakery, and was famous for his “Kirsh toerte”. Perhaps now that its back in its former glory the cherry cake will be made once again...
